New Ensign Features (DOM and Delta Study) - New Supported Broker (Cannon Trading)

Some new tools and features are now available in the Ensign 10 charting software.
Note: The new Delta study is only available to Delta members.
1) A new Ladder DOM to simulate and practice trading the markets.
2) A new 'Delta Trading Group' study that takes the place of the prior Delta templates and studies.
3) Cannon Trading is now a supported brokerage for all Ensign users.
